The managment and staff of JM Ftwz are very corporative and friendly as the attend to queries and issues faced by the unit holders in the zone.As the zone is deemed as foreign territory the basis concept is that importers need not pay duty at the tim e of bonding the cargo at FTWZ as duty is applicable only at the time of exponding of the cargo which is different from other bonded warehouse and also we can open the cargo for doing vas activity as per customer requirment which we cannot do in bonded warehousing concept. Customs officers who render their services in FTWZ are very cordial and friendly whenever uni holders approach them for assessment.
